Overview
Popolo is a neighbourhood pizzeria in the Fabrika courtyard, with dough that rests for 48 hours and an oven its founder built by hand, brick by brick.
We built one page that tells that story in order: the dough, the oven, the real menu in Georgian and English, and a third oven on wheels for events. The menu updates from a simple admin page, so the team can publish a new one without touching the code.
